Definitions and Interpretation

The following terms used in these terms and conditions have specific meanings as defined below:

• "crixo" or "Platform" — the https://crixo.cam website and all services under it.
• "Player" or "User" — any person registered on the crixo platform or using its services.
• "Account" — a player's personal registered account on the crixo platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional offer or credit provided by crixo.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — the act of placing money on any game or event.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the condition of placing a specified amount in bets before a bonus can be withdrawn.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Restriction

To use the crixo platform, you must be at least 21 years of age. Providing a false age when creating an account is strictly prohibited. We may request necessary documents for age verification at any time.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an account, a player must:

• Use a valid and active email address.
• Use a strong and unique password.
• Accept these terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and the responsible gaming policy.

2.3 Multiple Accounts Prohibited

Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all accounts will be suspended and the retained balance may be forfeited.

2.4 Account Verification

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, crixo may request proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

3.1 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits will not be processed.

3.2 Payment Methods

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour. However, withdrawals may be delayed if a verification process is ongoing or if unusual activity is suspected.

3.4 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). crixo does not accept transactions in any other currency.

Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive up to a 150% bonus of ৳5,000 on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, the first deposit must be made after registration and the required conditions must be met.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means that to withdraw the bonus, you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus can only be received once and is non-transferable.
• The wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts or abusing the bonus system is strictly prohibited.
• crixo reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• VIP cashback and other promotional offers are subject to separate terms.

4.4 VIP Program

crixo offers four VIP tiers — Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Tier advancement depends on a player's activity. Each tier comes with special benefits and priority support.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the crixo platform:

• Creating an account using a false or fake identity.
• Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, software, or hacking methods.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Cheating or colluding with other players.
• Attempting to bypass the platform's security systems.
• Posting or sharing harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

Involvement in any of the above prohibited activities will result in immediate account closure, the balance may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken if necessary.

Gaming Rules and Fair Play

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games on crixo are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is independently verified. No game result is predetermined or manipulable.

6.2 Betting Rules

Each game or event has its own rules. It is each player's responsibility to read the relevant game rules carefully before playing.

6.3 Technical Errors

Game results arising from technical errors or server issues may be declared void and the relevant bet amount will be refunded. In such situations, crixo's decision is final.

6.4 Dispute Resolution

If there is a dispute regarding a game result or transaction, contact the support team within 72 hours of the incident. In all disputes, crixo's server logs and game records will serve as the final evidence.

Account Closure and Restrictions

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Any player may voluntarily close their account by contacting the support team. All pending transactions must be completed and the available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

7.3 Account Closure by crixo

crixo may close or restrict any account for the following reasons:

• Involvement in prohibited activities.
• Refusal to provide verification documents.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by applicable laws and regulations. In the event of any dispute, an attempt to resolve it must first be made by contacting the crixo support team.

If resolution through the support team is not possible, both parties may use Alternative Dispute Resolution methods by mutual agreement.

Changes to Terms

crixo reserves the right to change, revise, or update these terms and conditions at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform for significant changes.
